The student leadership team met last night and made some key decisions about our plans for marching events and schedules.
- The student leaders elected to have the community show again in Bainbridge this Friday (10/2). Rehearsal 3:30-4:30, show at 4:40.
- The band will host a cookout Sunday, October 18 3:00-5:00pm @PV as a farewell to the season before it gets too cold.
- This will be when we will give Senior Awards.
- Food, yard games, and all around merriment abound.
- Last Blast is on for either October 16 or October 17 depending on Playoffs.
- If the MS Volleyball team is out for the season, we are looking to slip into the space they already reserved in the gym. If that is not possible, we may need an evening practice or two for gym space.
- We have 59 tickets to distribute. Enough for each person to get two and a priority for upperclassmen for a third.
I learned yesterday that if the football team wins this Friday there is a possibility that we have multiple playoff games hosted at Paint Valley. It is unclear if this will happen, if we will even be allowed to perform, or if the games will be on Fridays or Saturdays. We will know more after the final regular season games across the state are completed. Look for more information on Monday of next week (10/5).

Today (9/30) is the last day to purchase Shoutouts from the Chillicothe Band Boosters. Fill out this form to do that.
T-shirts for the festival can be preordered through this link.
We have 37 tickets for this event. I will be passing out one ticket to every student today and a second ticket to seniors. The remaining 8 tickets will be a first come first served to all 8-11th grade students.
Call time this Sunday is 12:30pm. We'll get dressed, drive to CHS, and have our rehearsal with all of the other bands to play the SSB and Stronger.

See you at practice!
