Please arrive and warm-up in the areas at the front of the school and side of the school. (You may arrive and watch all bands in your block or just head in right before you before and leave afterwards. The choice is yours). Head to the stadium and be ready to perform at your designated time. Seating is limited on the away side bleachers and Home band bleachers in the end zone. You may have your kids bring their own chairs to sit on the track to watch each performance.
This year it was my goal to “find a way” and we think we are doing that the best way possible. We are limited to 375 tickets for 1st block and 375 tickets for 2nd block of performances.
Tickets will be presale only at $5 each. I will give you more information on tickets tomorrow after I meet with our Boosters.
Each band participating will receive a trophy. You will receive your trophy following your performance.
We will have concession trailers available at the stadium.
Face masks are required by ALL and social distancing must be followed.

What you can expect –
- Planning your visit. We will sell a limited number of entry tickets for the stadium stroll. Capacity restrictions are in place. Davis Stadium 15 % capacity.
- Face coverings required! – All guests and band members will be required to wear a face covering while in the stadium. (Bands when not playing)
- Health Declaration – Health declarations and temperature checks will be required for all guests and band members.
- Hand sanitization – Hand sanitizer stations will be added throughout the stadium.
Before you leave home –
Staying safe means staying informed, and we want you to have essential information before youarrive. The Stadium Stroll will open with limited capacity, so you can maintain proper social distancing from other guests. Here are details about what to do, what to expect.
- Plan your visit – Each person will be required to purchase a presale ticket for the Stadium Stroll.
- Complete the pre-entry health assessment questionnaire. Only one per group/family is required. If your family does not meet the health assessment, we ask you do not attend the Stadium Stroll.
- What to pack – Presale tickets + Face covering for each attendee
What symptoms and conditions could indicate a potential case of the coronavirus? Any of the following symptoms that are not caused by a known chronic health condition:
• Fever (100.4°F/38°C or higher) • Difficulty breathing • Unusual fatigue • Cold or flu-like symptoms • Repeated shaking/chills • New loss of taste or smell • Congestion and/or runny nose • Cough • Muscle pain • Headache • Sore throat • Diarrhea • Nausea and/or vomiting
Additionally, you could be contagious if you have been in direct contact with a close relative, roommate or neighbor who has been diagnosed with the coronavirus, or been told by a health care professional or employer you may have been exposed to the coronavirus.
When you arrive –
- Park in the Davis Stadium parking lot.
- As soon as you exit your vehicle, go ahead and put on your face covering and keep it on while in the stadium. Stay safe!
- Next at the ticket booths you’ll pass through a temperature check where your temperature will be read. If anyone in your party has a temperature of 100.4 or higher, you will be redirected to return home.
- At the gate, present your presale ticket.
When you’re in the Stadium –

Bands will have designated areas to "watch" its highly recommended that you have your kids bring their own chairs for better seating to Social Distance. Otherwise you will be provided away side seating.
The coronavirus has created a new way of life for everyone, so you’ll need to be reminded the following-
- Wash your hands often
- Avoid touching your face
- Wear your face covering at all times
- Maintain 6’ social distance from other guests and bands
- Use hand sanitizer stations located throughout the stadium.
- There will be one entrance and one exit at the stadium. Please follow all signage posted.
Restrooms –
Restrooms will be sanitized frequently throughout the day. Deep cleaning of restrooms happen before and after the event. Monitor traffic within the restrooms to allow for social distancing.
Bands performance –
Each band will be given a designated time to perform. To help with social distance only limited amount of tickets will be given to each specific band attending.
